Welcome to Morph Festival. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases, event attendance, and participation in any activity organised by Morph Festival Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival site, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Event Overview
Morph Festival is a multi-day, family-friendly wellness and arts event held in Aotearoa New Zealand.
These Terms outline the rules for ticket use, refunds, conduct, and liability for all attendees, staff, and vendors.
2. Ticket Purchases
Tickets must be purchased only through our authorised ticketing platform or official partners.
Each ticket admits one person and must be accompanied by valid photo ID where requested.
Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for promotional purposes without written permission.
We accept no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or third parties.
3. Entry & Conduct
Entry is subject to presenting a valid ticket and meeting any age, ID, or safety requirements.
Security reserves the right to search bags and refuse entry to anyone deemed intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe.
Illegal substances, weapons, and prohibited items are strictly banned.
We promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, violence, or discrimination of any kind will result in removal without refund.
4. Refunds & Event Changes
Your rights to a refund or credit are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by New Zealand law or as outlined in our refund policy.
If the festival is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
If the event is postponed or relocated, you may request a refund within seven days of notice if you cannot attend the new date or venue.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, missed attendance, or partial cancellations due to weather or artist changes.
5. Force Majeure
We may cancel, postpone, or alter the event without liability where circumstances beyond our control occur, including severe weather, natural disaster, government restriction, venue unavailability, or pandemics.
Where postponement occurs, tickets automatically transfer to the new date, and refund requests will be accepted only within seven days of that announcement.
6. Schedule & Line-up
The festival programme, workshops, and artist line-up are subject to change.
We reserve the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists or activities without notice.
Such changes do not entitle ticket-holders to a refund unless required by law.
7. Safety & Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk.
You must follow all instructions from festival staff, security, and emergency services.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket.
You consent to receive emergency or operational communications during the event.
8. Photography, Filming & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for festival media, promotional, and archival purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in close-up media, please notify our team or avoid designated filming zones.
9. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (replace with your actual link).
We collect only the data necessary for ticketing, communication, and safety, and never sell personal data to third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All festival branding, artwork, and content (including logo, imagery, and program materials) are owned by Morph Festival Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational or legal changes.
Updates take effect once published on our website, and the “last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
